It sometimes feels scrolling through social media that anyone and everyone these days are turning to aesthetic surgery to improve their skin. Each to their own of course but I do think I am still in the generation of looking after my skin with a healthy lifestyle combined with trying and testing skincare products rather than injecting my face.
The latest products I have been lucky to test have come from Frenesies.
So, who are Frenesies?
An all-natural brand that combines skin care and cosmetics with health led solutions. They have worked alongside top scientists and physicians to source the finest natural ingredients and products. Fully tested in EU Frenesies products are proven to be the safest and most effective on the market today. They offer everything from skincare right through to hair removal products with prices ranging from £18 right through to £90 so dependant on your budget there should be a product to suit all.
3 Zone facial kit
I am a sucker for packaging so when this kit arrived in a lovely big box, I was excited to try the products. A first of its kind this all in one facial kit is designed to treat and target skin concerns and promises immediate results. The 3-zone facial kit includes: An advanced anti-ageing cream, an active nutri intensive cream and an ultra-light contour gel.
Where to start with frenesies?
I have been using these products for just over a month, starting with the anti-ageing cream, I used this light weight cream every morning before my primer. Paying particular attention to any fine lines I am starting to see (the joys of early 30’s) this cream promises to immediately reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as improving the texture and surface of the skin.
And I have to agree, this cream was hydrating and helped to calm areas of my skin that are sensitive. Have I seen a massive difference in my fine lines? Potentially not, but I think maybe that’s because they’re not hugely noticeable to anyone but myself, however this cream has left my skin feeling tighter, brighter and fully hydrated.
Active Nutri intensive cream
Twice a week I have used the intensive over night treatment, this is definitely one to try if you are not intending to go anywhere other than your own house, as this cream is THICKKKK.
Promising to rejuvenate any problem areas, remove built up toxins as well as giving your skin a large dose of hydration this is a little hit and miss for me.
The first time I used this cream it just felt too thick and heavy for my skin and I am not crazy about the smell (think cocoa butter mixed with sudocrem) however the more I used this product and started to think of it as a nourishing mask the more I could see the benefits.
The positives do outweigh the negatives as this product left my skin feeling super soft, smooth and fully hydrated as well as brightening my complexion.
Ultra-light contour gel
By far my favourite product from the kit, the ultra-light eye contour gel is a little dream.
Fast absorbing, this gel is perfect for the delicate skin around the eyes.
Used both morning and evening I have definitely seen the difference in my overall eye area and has left my under eyes much brighter and firmer.
The three products combined have definitely proved to me that I don’t need to reach for any aesthetic surgery just yet.
There are still skincare products out there that can improve the signs of ageing as well as brightening and hydrating the skin.
