If you’re looking to brighten your complexion this spring summer with minimal effort I have just the thing for you. Cream blush. The ultimate makeup accessory to give you a supernatural, glowy complexion that is perfect for those garden parties and barbecues. Here are the best cream blush that you absolutely have to try!
There are a few things to bear in mind when you make your purchase.
Don’t forget to blend
This is key and can be forgotten when it comes to a cream blush, ensure there are no harsh lines, I always start with less product and build it up, its much easier to correct a mistake.
Use your fingers or a beauty blender to blend into your skin.
If you add too much – don’t worry!
Don’t worry, grab your foundation brush and carefully buff away any excess colour, ensuring you smooth out any harsh lines. I also find patting a beauty blender can help to ensure the colour is not too rich.
Choose your colour
Always bear in mind that not every shade will suit every skin tone and similar to purchasing a powder blush ensure you choose a blush to complement your skin tone along with any other makeup you are using, for example if you’re using a rosy blush avoid a red lip as the two will clash.
Here are a few of my absolute must have cream blushes you just have to try!
Tutti Frutti Cream Blush, Peaches & Cream £5.99
I am obsessed with this shade for summer, a vibrant coral cream blush that will suit pretty much any skin tone! It brings a peachy tint to the cheeks and is totally buildable. I love how it gives my skin a dewy fresh look and is ideal if you’re having a no foundation day!
Air Matte Blush , Nars £25
Expensive but totally worth it for those special occasions, available in various shades these little pots leave your skin looking flushed yet glowy. You do need to add quite a bit to the skin to build up the colour if you’re wearing foundation, however it’s ideal if you love a natural glow to the skin.

Nudies Bloom, Nudestix £30
A more expensive option, however I am OBSESSED with this blush and it lasts ages as you only require a small amount to create a gorgeous dewy look. I love how this blush comes with a brush that makes it super easy to apply to the skin.
