You know those days you’re just not feeling a full face of make-up? Yet you can’t deal with everyone asking you if you’re not well every five minutes? For me, these kinds of days call for your eyes to do the talking. Even if I decide to go foundation free, I will always add mascara and pop a lash on as I just think it keeps me looking awake and ready for the day! Here are just a few of the best false eyelashes for every day, including some more recent brands that I have recently discovered and the best false eyelashes for every day.
Eyecha, The World’s 1st Recycled lash brand, £7.99
Made from recycled material Handmade and Vegan each purchase made helps support global tree replanting. I received three of the amazing new range, with seven different styles now available at Superdrug. I was lucky enough to try three different styles for myself, Blossom which is a lengthening lash, River for Volumising, and Sunset for a natural lash look. Easy to apply and looks incredibly natural on the eye I love the idea of being sustainable when it comes to makeup and this is an ideal place to start.
Kiss Lash, from £5.49
I was lucky enough to receive some false lashes from Kiss cosmetics, the world’s largest manufacturer and supplier of professional quality products. They are available to purchase in the likes of Boots, Superdrug, and online.
I received several different types of lash from dramatic to a more natural mink lash, and I’ll be honest at first glance I wasn’t sure whether these lashes would match up to ones I have previously used but I have been super impressed.
These lashes are amazing, they feel quite expensive and apply well, they also offer a huge range of different lashes to suit all eye shapes. Another major plus point is the glue that comes with the lashes, this glue is fabulous, and once applied the lashes did not budge or lift at all. If you look after them, you will be able to re-use these lashes.
Mollie Cosmetics, from £8
I stumbled across this brand via Instagram and a suggestion from a make-up artist friend and was immediately intrigued to try them as they are based in my hometown of Liverpool, and there is nothing better than to support those local brands!
Offering over 30 different styles of lashes, from human hair, silk, coloured to mink and their bridal lashes as well as eyeshadow palettes and makeup accessories including beauty sponges and their own false lash glue, they are a brand that is well and truly catering for the needs of all makeup lovers out there. Their latest product ‘The Creation Palette’ has been used by none other than Cardi B!!
Their luxury mink lashes come in a selection of styles depending on what type of lash you prefer, and most styles sit around the £8 mark, which is cheaper than Tatti/Kitty lashes. They also offer their PRO member which is up to a 65% discount for makeup artists and those in the profession, along with a 3 for 2 offer available for all. They apply really well, and I have re-used the same pair of lashes every day for over 3 weeks and they still look as new as they did when I took them out of the packaging.
Primalash, from £6
Probably one of my favourite lash brands I have ever tried and a website with a lash to pretty much suit every need and makeup look! Whether it’s volume, fluffy, natural, or dramatic there is a range of lashes available, and having tried this brand for myself I can confirm the products are super high quality. They also offer lots of different value bundles and if you’re a makeup artist you can have up to 60% off the entire website.
