Do you love the idea of fuller looking lips but can’t put yourself through the trauma of fillers?
Me too.
I love a full lip and often create the illusion of bigger lips with my lip pencils and glosses. However, if you are looking for something to take the stress of creating this yourself your option is to try one of the best lip plumper products on the beauty market.
Light weight yet hydrating most include ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and collagen to help you achieve the full look without any irritation.
But be warned, most of the products out there do sting a little but it does only last for the first minute or so.
Here are just a few of my favourite and the best lip plumper products tried and tested.
Project Lip XL Plump and Gloss £14 – Shade Flame
Wow! This product does exactly what it promises, infused with collagen in a gorgeous glossy red shade this gloss was never off my lips during December. Super shiny this gloss works within seconds of application. Prior to trying this gloss, I had also tried the lip scrub from this brand, which is an absolute must have for these winter months. If you suffer with dry skin or just want to smooth out your pout for that ultra-glossy look this is a must have for your makeup bag.
For the ultimate lip plump, I would highly suggest trying their primer out too, this leaves my lips feeling super soft and hydrated and is ideal under the gloss or to wear alone.
Did I see a difference in the size of my lips?
YES!
Barry M XXL Extreme Lip Plumper £4.99
Want full lips on a budget? Barry M have got your back!
This clear gloss leaves your lips visibly plumper without the stickiness that other glosses give you. This is ideal as a topper over your lipstick of worn alone for that natural no make up make up day! Be warned, it does sting a little but it’s not super uncomfortable and only lasts a couple of minutes.
A good budget buy for those looking for plumper glossy lips.
Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme £22

An expensive gloss, but hey if you are considering the price of fillers £22 is a fraction of those prices!
Non sticky and super moisturising this gloss does sting quite a bit on application but if you can work through that for a minute or so you will be super pleased with the plumping effect!
A good thing with this gloss I have found it does not require too much of a top up and does have a lasting effect on the lips for a good couple of hours.
Remember the effects of lip plumper’s are non permanent, they work by stimulating the blood flow around the lip area in order to create a swell to the lips. If you have sensitive skin always do a small patch test prior to trying any plumping products.
