Under eye patches are one of my favourite daily self-care treats in my skincare routine. Our under eye area should be one of the top priorities for our skincare due to how thin and sensitive that place is. Lack of sleep and stress can also cause puffy eyes and dark circles, whereas creams are the most important to incorporate if you’re looking for a quick fix before a night out or just wanting to boujee up your Sunday night routine under eye patches are the way to go! Mt top tip, pop them in the fridge an hour before you’re due to use them, and let them work their magic whilst you’re getting ready!
If you can opt for ones that have added skincare ingredients in them such as hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, or niacinamide to help keep your delicate under eye area smooth, nourished, and hydrated.
Here are some of my favourites for you to try for yourself.

Keep the pot in the fridge to help with any puffy-eyed days, they make my eyes feel and look noticeably refreshed.
Best for fine lines and wrinkles
Elemis Pro-Collagen Hydra-Gel Eye Mask (pack of 6), £54
Granted this is probably the higher end of the scale when it comes to price points for eye masks but if you’re an Elemis fan you will know how good their products are. These hydra-gel masks have been clinically proven to instantly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Formulated with Potent plankton extract it provides an instant skin-tightening effect whilst the added hyaluronic acid helps to hydrate the fragile eye area. Best Vegan eye patches, Revolution Skincare, £15
Best vegan eye patches

Looking to get rid of tired and puffy eyes these budget-friendly, vegan eye patches are the perfect pick-me-up for fatigued complexions working to lift, firm, and rejuvenate the under eye area.
Enriched with ultra-quenching ingredients they give a surge of hydration to thirsty, lackluster skin. My eye area always feels smoothed and hydrated when I use these, though they are a little fiddly and slippy to get out of the tub!
