CBD brand, Our Remedy, have collaborated with The Skinny Kitchen in Islington to create the UK’s first-ever pro-period CBD cocktails offering – and they can be shaken (not stirred) in the comfort of your own home!

Introducing ‘Mother Nature’s Night Out’ and ‘Go With The Flo’; two CBD infused concoctions you can make at home, which may help to soothe cramps and alleviate symptoms of PMS. 

CBD (the totally legal natural extract from the cannabis plant) has been found to have relaxant and analgesic effects which can help relax muscles and soothe cramps, in addition to potentially balancing hormones.

Go With The Flo’ Pink Rose CBD cocktails:

Ingredients:

  • 50ml pink gin
  • 10 fresh raspberries
  • 15ml fresh strawberry syrup
  • Juice from 1 fresh lemon
  • Half a pipette of Our Remedy CBD
  • 1 egg white
  • Rose petal garnish 

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and use a fine strain to pour into a chilled glass.

Mother Nature’s Night Out Cucumber & Mint CBD cooler

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of your favourite gin
  • 1 cup of cucumber
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2 table spoons sugar
  • Juice from 1 fresh lemon
  • Half a pipette of Our Remedy CBD
  • Soda
  • Crushed ice

Method: Combine the cucumber, mint, lemon and sugar in a blender.Fill glass with crushed ice & add a shot of gin. Add half a pipette of Our Remedy CBD. Add the cucumber and mint mixture. Top up with soda, stir well & garnish with fresh mint.
