On one of the world’s finest neoclassical buildings, St George’s Hall, will be hosting Cocktails in the City Liverpool – the UK’s leading cocktail festival showcasing some of the most creative and classic drinks that Liverpool bars have to offer.
An Immersive Drinks Experience
The Tasting Rooms hosted in partnership with leading online drinks retailer 31Dover.com, is a 30-minute intimate series of tasting sessions with three craft producers in a private setting. Additional experiences also include interactive Espresso Martini masterclasses with Tia Maria and The Coffee Project, and foraged cocktails with The Botanist Gin.
Secret speakeasies, members bars, party bars and glamorous institutions are coming together in pop-up form to celebrate the quality and diversity of Liverpool’s world class cocktail scene. From RopeWalks to the Albert Dock’s and on to The Baltic Triangle all in just a few short sips, guests are invited to get shoulder-to-shoulder with the city’s leading bartenders to celebrate the craft of the cocktail.
From the decadent Belle Epoque period of the late 1800’s through prohibition, retro cocktails and modern drinks, guests will be taken on a journey through the golden ages of the cocktail under the expert guidance of bars including Berry and Rye, 81 LTD, Filter and Fox and The Alchemist.

Cocktails in the City Tickets:
£12 entry ticket includes one cocktail and a cocktail booklet. Cocktails on the evening are £6.50 all night, from any of the exhibiting bars. You can buy tickets directly from the Cocktails in the City Liverpool section on the website.
