Crazy Angel Tan Review

When I tell you I have been applying tan religiously every Thursday night for as long as I can remember that is no word of a lie. So when I say I know what I am looking for when it comes to a good false tan, TRUST ME! So, I was super excited to try a brand that was new to me. Crazy Angel’s professional and self-tan collection boasts an impressive portfolio of tanning products designed to maintain a flawless, glowing tan, and not just that!

Crazy Angel tan is packed full of skin-loving ingredients. Promising to provide a professional and personalized tanning range to suit all skin types was key for me. I really don’t like when a tan range is limited to light & dark with no middle ground. Along with being 100% vegan and cruelty-free, it’s packed with natural ingredients like vitamin C & E, Hyaluronic acid, coconut oil, and shea butter to leave your skin hydrated and moisturized.

What I loved instantly about this collection is the volume of products they offer. Whether you’re after a gradual tan, a tanning drop, a lotion, a mist or a mousse there really is something for everyone. I have added a few of my favourites below if you’re looking to up your tanning game this Summer!

Crazy Angel Self-tan Mousse, £23

This product, where to start! OBSESSED! never have I found a tan that has given me the dark sun-kissed glow I am after with just one layer. Normally I have to reapply the next night to get to the shade I love. Lightweight with a whipped formula it’s super easy to apply and blend onto the skin and doesn’t leave you patchy or streaky. I let this develop overnight and once I washed off the top layer in the morning I was so happy with the result, which is still visible 4 days later. An absolute must for those who love a deeper tan.

Crazy Angel Tan Eraser, £14

If there has ever been a product I have been unable to find is a good tan eraser. As much as I love my tan I prefer to scrub it off completely before I reapply. The tiger bread look is not for me! If I’m honest I didn’t hold out too much hope with this one as I have tried ALOT, some of them being twice this price to no avail. However, this literally does exactly what it promises. Several pumps were added to the skin before I jumped in the shower and the tan quite literally glided off the skin. Even around the difficult parts such as knees and elbows, I was actually amazed at how after just one use all the old tan was removed. If you buy just one thing from Crazy Angel it should be this magic product!

Tanning Drops, £15

Designed for mixing with your moisturizer I was super excited to try these drops as I never usually tan my face. The anti-oxidant properties hydrate the skin, fighting free radicals and damage caused by UV rays. I mixed three/four drops with my moisturizer, added them to my face before I went to bed, and loved the result the next morning, I genuinely look like I have been on holiday! I was wary about ensuring I kept the drops nice and even on my skin but to be honest, there were no streaks or lines even after my first initial go, super easy to use and super glowy!

Gradual Tan, £12

An absolute must for those who want a sun-kissed natural glow without the commitment of a false tan mousse or lotion! I loved how natural and lightweight this lotion was. It also felt like it kept my tan in a good condition keeping my skin hydrated and smooth. Applied like your normal moisturizer this is perfect for beginners or if you’re topping up a holiday tan! Having tried gradual tans in the past and not being impressed I have already recommended this one to my family especially those who just want a subtle glow.

For me, this brand has changed the game and I would highly recommend giving them a try!
