Eucerin Skincare Review

Eucerin skincare review
Eucerin Anti Pigment Cream | £25

Eucerin, probably a name you have seen over the years on the shelves at Boots but potentially never tried. I was lucky enough to receive some of their latest Eucerin products to review which over the last month I have been using alongside my skincare regime.

With over 100 years in this business, the company have been revolutionising skincare for much longer than I realised. With anti-wrinkle creams, cleansers and sun protection to name just some of their products, they also break down their categories to best suit the needs of all different types of skin issues, including dry, blemish prone and even hypersensitive skin.

And although these items have been gifted, I am always super honest with my reviews, so you can be safe In the knowledge that if I recommend a product it’s because I truly believe in it.

I always like to use products from anything between 2-6 weeks depending on what it is I am trialling.

Eucerin Urea Repair Lotion and Replenishing wash Review

Promising results on even the driest of skins, the Eucerin Urea lotion gives rough body skin the daily care it needs immediately and promises results lasting up to 48 hours.

Eucerin Urea Repair Lotion
Eucerin Urea Repair Lotion | £14

I combined this lotion with using the wash (which is a gel formula) every night for a week instead of my usual products and although I don’t particularly suffer with the driest of skins with the change in weather even I have been needing the extra hydration and I was impressed with these products. I potentially thought I would find the lotion greasy, but it wasn’t at all, it glided onto my skin and soaked in immediately without any need for rubbing in.

I could really tell that these products only contain very gentle cleansing agents as it felt very natural without any perfumed harsh scent. It left my skin feeling clean, supple and moisturised.

Eucerin Replenishing Wash
Eucerin Replenishing Wash | £15

For me personally, I like a good scent. I like being able to smell my body wash and moisturiser so that for me is a negative, however if you suffer with highly fragranced products both of these would be ideal for you.

Both of these products are ideal for anyone who is prone to psoriasis or hypersensitive skin.

Anti-Pigment Dual Serum Review

Eucerin Anti-Pigment Dual Serum
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Dual Serum | £38

I loved receiving this product as I had read an article earlier that month, praising the product.

Promising to reduce the appearance of dark spots and/or pigmentation and preventing them from reappearing this dual serum comes highly recommended.

Bringing together two serums that work in different ways it’s a lightweight product that absorbs really well into the skin.

It contains Thiamidol that is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of pigmentation in the skin alongside Hyaluronic Acid (my absolute fav!) which is one of skins most effective moisturizing substances which retains the moisture right into your skin.

After using this for a week I could already see the difference in my skins texture. I don’t suffer with too much pigmentation, but I do have a small patch on my face that looked and felt much smoother.

I wouldn’t use this instead of moisturiser as it can be quite drying but I would definitely recommend using as an extra added step in my skincare regime.

If you have an uneven skin tone or age spots this serum would be an ideal extra to use alongside your daily SPF and moisturiser.
