If you have children, I am pretty sure you will have used or at least heard of the amazing range Childs Farm. A British brand that specializes in sensitive and eczema prone skin that is not only affordable but looks super pretty in your bathroom too!
Last month they successfully launched their latest offering and are now stocking a range for adult skin too. Using some of the favourite Childs Farm ingredients they have formulated a new range, Farmologie which is aimed to help hydrate dry, sensitive and even eczema prone skin.
I do suffer from sensitive skin especially if I use products that are heavily fragranced, so I was super keen to try out this range for myself.
I was lucky enough to be gifted their super cute try me box along with an unfragranced moisturizer and hand cream.
Their try me box contains a 30ml bath soak, moisturizer and a body wash as well as a 15ml hand cream in a pink grapefruit fragrance. This is the ideal way to try out these products before investing in the full-size items (more brands need to do this!) but would also make the perfect gift for someone.
The smell is absolutely divine, super lightweight and fruity and even a couple of hours after application I could still smell it. This range is rich in beta-glucans which are natural sugars that bind water into the skin to keep you moisturized and hydrated.
I loved this range, easy to apply, sunk into the skin and I loved the hand cream. It felt really nourishing to the skin and didn’t irritate or leave a greasy finish like some can do.
Available from £7.50 for the try me out box. Full size products in the pink grapefruit range between £3.49 and £9.99
The unfragranced range is just as good except I think because I loved the pink grapefruit fragrance so much I would opt for this over the non-fragrance products. But if you are someone who prefers no fragrance to their products but are still looking for high quality I would highly recommend. The hand cream especially, if you suffer with dry or cracked hands you will see a difference after just a couple of uses.
Vegan and cruelty free as well as using recycled plastic for their packaging they really have thought of everything.
If you are prone to redness, irritated or sensitive skin I would highly recommend trying out the range for yourself. Farmologie carried out an independent trial of 663 participants in which 98% agreed that the products caused no irritation to their dry or sensitive skin.
