Those summer days are starting to come through and I for one am HERE FOR IT.

And what do I want more than anything?

So, I have been taking a lot at some of the latest summer makeup products to hit the beauty market to see what works, what is worth the money and how we can all achieve a fuss free glowy summer look.

I am not one for fake tanning my face at all, I prefer to match my tan with foundation and bronzer. However, with working from home a lot I haven’t been wearing much makeup on a day to day basis, but I still wanted to look like myself you know?

But I think I have found the answer.

I won’t lie, I was intrigued to see how these drops would work.

What do they say?

Two drops mixed in with your moisturizer promises a sun kissed glow. They only had the light in stock when I ordered but wow am I glad I only went for the light? YES… these drops are incredible, but I cannot stress this enough, a little goes a long way.

I added two drops to my night cream and left on overnight, its been four days and I still look like I have been on holiday.

I LOVE a highlighter. As far as I am concerned the brighter the better.. I want that GLOW.

Believe it or not though, I have never tried a liquid highlighter before, but I can confirm I am now obsessed.

Available in three different shades, you only need a small amount of this highlighter. Added to your cheekbones, brow bones or anywhere you fancy an extra glow it is long lasting and super wearable. The application and texture make this super easy to use without that glitter effect that some highlighters have.

A definite addition to my makeup collection.

NARS Liquid Blush in Orgasm, available from Look Fantastic for £25.00

I don’t think I have ever spent over £20 for blush so I was hopeful for good things and I have not been disappointed at all.

Yes it’s expensive.

But this is the perfect blush for summer, and because it is in liquid form you only need a small amount and looks perfect worn alone or over foundation. Really easy to apply and leaves a gorgeous flushed rosy cheek look that lasts all day.

Vita Liberata Sunless Glow in shade Light-Medium, available from Look Fantastic for £29.95

I bought this product when looking for something to wear as an alternative to my foundation. The price tag is a little higher than I would normally spend but based on the reviews I hoped it would be worth it.

Do I love it? Probably not.

The positives, it gives a gorgeous glow to the skin without being too heavy.

The cons, probably not enough coverage for me and I wouldn’t be able to wear this on its own, but that is just a personal preference, I like something with a more full, buildable coverage.

So although not exactly what I was hoping for this is a good addition to my makeup collection.
