I am pretty set on my skincare routine now, I have tried and tested a lot of products over time and I know what I like and what I don’t like so to be honest, Nakin Skincare wasn’t really on my radar. But after a lovely parcel arrived last week, I have been trialling 3 hero items from the NAKIN skincare range over the past month and i will leave my thoughts below.
Never heard of NAKIN?
NAKIN is the ultimate in natural anti-ageing skincare.
They believe their products can help skin of all ages and this clearly shows, as their products have won several awards in holistic beauty. Their products are cruelty free and promise to rejuvenate and repair all skin types. Their range utilises plant-based ingredients, without the use of any harsh chemicals.
What’s not to love?
NAKIN Skin Natural Anti-Ageing Advanced Cleansing milk: £15
I am a lover of a creamy cleanser and always use one as part of my double cleanse routine, and as my skin can be a little sensitive, I am always wary of trying new products. However, this is lovely, light texture, easy to remove any make up, leaves your skin feeling super soft and hydrated and if you’re not a lover of strong-smelling products this is the one for you.
There isn’t anything negative I could say about the NAKIN anti aging cleansing milk apart from possibly the price which is £15.00 but a little does go a long way so I could see this easily lasting up to 8 weeks.
NAKIN Natural Anti-Ageing Eye Cream Complex: £18
Lightweight yet luxurious I have been using the NAKIN Natural Anti-Ageing Eye Cream Complex in the morning and I do feel it has left my eye area looking much fresher. An all in one age defence and repair eye cream this also promises to help reduce any fine lines as well as dark circles.
NAKIN Revitalising face serum: £25
By far my absolute favourite product out of the three: the NAKIN Revitalising face serum.
Now, if you’ve read my beauty posts before you will know I am a lover of a facial oil and if you don’t already use one of an evening, I beg you to invest.
I would suggest only using this of a night as it can be quite greasy (it’s an oil so ya know that’s a given) but wow, does this leave your skin feeling soft?? YES. I use this after cleansing and toning and before my night time moisturiser and it is incredible. Helping to condition any dry patches as well as smoothing out any fine lines this little oil leaves your skin feeling hydrated and supple to touch.
Overall thoughts on the NAKIN skincare range
I was pleasantly surprised as to how much I enjoyed using these products, I think they’re competitively priced for the products you get.
I would highly recommend to anyone with sensitive skin or for anyone who prefers to use plant-based products.
