At the start of this year, I rarely took vitamins or supplements regularly. I took multivitamins every now and again, when I remembered. But the latter part of 2022 has seen me become a changed woman. On a mission to embrace wellness from the inside out, I owe part of my journey to Revive Collagen.
It’s a game-changing skincare brand, developed to fight the signs of ageing by one of the original TOWIE stars. From that sentence alone, it could be very easy to write the brand off. But this is a classic example of why we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Even though the Revive Collagen branding is quite frankly, beautiful.
What’s in Revive Collagen Vegan?
Well, it’s easier for me to tell you what isn’t. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that the brand is dairy, soy, GMO, gluten and lactose free. It uses a liquid vegan substitute to collagen that identically mimics human type 1 collagen.
Having done my homework, I can tell you that type 1 marine collagen is the most plentiful collagen in our bodies. It’s also a key factor in maintaining the elasticity and firmness of our skin.
I’ve been taking the Revive Collagen vegan supplement daily mixed with water for four weeks and can see a subtle but definite difference it’s made to my skin, hair and nails.
It can help to boost the body’s collagen levels and slow down this structural decline of the skin and other bodily components. To summarise, it decreases the speed of ageing by stimulating the creation of collagen and hyaluronic acid in our bodies.
It’s a raspberry flavoured sachet packed with vitamins, retinol and panax ginseng. Whilst the flavour takes a day or two to get used to, it’s now firmly part of my morning routine and I don’t see why I would stop taking collagen. It has so many health benefits, I would recommend anyone to give Revive a go. Whilst it’s not the cheapest brand out there, the results speak for themselves.
28-day results?
My nails feel a lot stronger, and I’ve had zero broken nails whilst taking the supplement, fewer breakouts and I feel generally good in myself. Surely that’s the best sign that something’s working for you, right?
