During 2020 one thing I have really invested not only money, but my time also is my haircare regime. Gone are the weekly blow dry’s and replaced with tried and tested products to suit the needs of my hair.
Because I’ll be honest my hair has ISSUES.
My hair is thick, naturally curly, coloured and can be quite dry, so finding products that can work on all those aspects hasn’t been easy.
At the start of December, I was luckily gifted two products from a specialized hair company SheWolf.
Working alongside a highly skilled chemist and a whole team in Paris, Mariano has created a range of products that are scientifically proven to work. As well as this, their products are cruelty free, sulphate and paraben free with no artificial colours.. so basically, just the good stuff is included!
And even after one wash, I was truly amazed at the difference.
The first product I tried was the Amaranth Volumizing Shampoo which promised to ‘boost what nature gave you’ and although my hair is quite naturally thick, I wouldn’t say it normally has the volume and shine I would like, however after one wash my hair has never looked so full and glossy.
I was that impressed I insisted my mum try the shampoo as her hair is much finer than mine, she too was amazed at the results!
A generous sized bottle for less than £15 with such an amazing smell that lingers for days afterwards I would advise this shampoo to anyone looking for that volumized brow dry look from home.
The second product I tried was by far my favourite, the Tsubaki Hair Oil. This worked with my hair like an absolute dream, taming my frizz and smoothing the cuticles and the ends, turning my dry hair silky after just one application.
What I loved most about this product is you can use it on damp or dry hair so not only did I get the benefits straight after washing I also used the hair oil the day after when styling and it left my hair feel silky smooth without feeling greasy.
I absolutely loved trialing this range and will be checking out the rest of the range – their packaging is also super cute and looks fabulous on my bathroom shelves!
